Job Summary
Supervise part-time Box Office staff through recruitment, training, scheduling, and disciplinary actions while managing daily sales reconciliation and executing reports. Oversee cash handling procedures including seller bank preparation, distribution, reconciliation, deposits, and vault management. Coordinate events and act as Manager on Duty as assigned, while maintaining ticket scanning equipment and organizing office supplies. Provide event ticketing support to the Ticket Operations Department and assist with daily operations. This role requires a Fan First mindset to improve the fan experience and demands proficiency with PCs, TM1 Sales, and TM Archtics. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Box Office experience with supervisory or management experience in a stadium, arena, or large theater facility
- Proven record of accountability in large volume cash handling
- Strong customer service-oriented background
- Proven ability in conflict resolution in a high profile, high volume environment
- Working knowledge of all aspects of front of house activities
- Proficiency with PCs
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Organizational and time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum education level of undergraduate degree or its equivalent preferred
- Experience with TM1 Sales, TM Archtics, and/or TM Host
- Knowledge of and experience using a HRIS for scheduling and reporting
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Fan First mindset
- Ability to provide innovative ideas to improve the fan experience
- Remain flexible, open-minded, and enthusiastic to take on new projects as designated by management
