Job Summary
Act as Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales and store profitability, train and develop staff, manage HR tasks (scheduling, performance evaluations), and coordinate marketing/visual presentation efforts—ensuring adherence to corporate standards, planograms, and brand image while collaborating with mall administration and ensuring a welcoming, high-performing store environment.
Required Qualifications

- Store management experience or leadership experience in retail
