Job Summary
Act as Assistant Manager to oversee store operations at La Vie en Rose in Sept-Îles, QC. Responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, guiding the sales team to provide excellent customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining corporate standards. Lead and motivate the team, train staff in sales techniques and product knowledge, schedule employees, analyze sales results with the management team, manage payroll, open/close the store, manage expenses, and collaborate with mall administration. Drive store profitability through effective merchandising, planograms, visual presentation, market trend awareness, and brand image maintenance. Demonstrate leadership, recruit and develop talent, foster a positive work environment, and support HR-related tasks such as performance evaluations and scheduling based on performance and traffic. Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays, during busy periods, with opportunities for advancement within the company.
