Job Summary
ASSISTANT MANAGER responsibilities span SALES, HUMAN RESOURCES, MARKETING AND VISUAL PRESENTATION, and ADMINISTRATION. Under supervision of a manager, ensure the store runs smoothly, motivate and develop the team, and meet or exceed sales and performance goals. Train team members in customer service and product knowledge, schedule staff, analyze sales results with the management team, manage payroll costs, and communicate sales targets. Lead in creating an inviting store environment, maintain visual displays, and collaborate with mall administration. Drive recruitment, performance evaluations, and maintain corporate standards while open to holidays and longer hours during busy periods. This role emphasizes leadership, team development, store operations, budget-conscious planning, and delivering strong customer experiences in a permanent, full-time capacity at the BOUCHERVILLE, QC location.
