Job Summary
Assist in managing the BOSS Store in Ste-Foy by leading the team, delivering an exceptional shopping experience, and executing operating strategies to support store profitability. Responsibilities include training and developing staff, driving top-line sales, managing inventory and health & safety compliance, implementing relationship-based selling to build a client base, ensuring standard operating procedures are followed, and actively recruiting candidates. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, a customer-service orientation, and entrepreneurial mindset to uphold the Hugo Boss lifestyle and product knowledge. Base pay plus commission with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- BS College Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 1 -2 years of Specialty Retail Management experience
