Job Summary
Recruit, interview, and train sales associates while supervising daily operations, including generating sales, controlling expenses, and maintaining visual standards. Resolve customer service concerns, manage cash handling and inventory procedures, and assist in developing staff schedules to meet store goals. Recognize performance issues, enforce policies, and maintain loss prevention standards. Exercise full store authority in the absence of the Store Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- At least one-year retail management experience or equivalent education
- Ability to count and perform retail mathematical equations
- Excellent organization, verbal and written skills
- Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications
