Job Summary
Assistant Manager for Blacktown Inn in a high-volume hospitality venue. Lead floor operations, support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly and safely, and guide a team of hospitality staff to deliver gold-class hospitality on every shift. Dynamic, hands-on leadership required to manage busy periods across bar, bistro, and gaming operations. Must be able to move stock, kegs, and deliveries as part of regular duties, maintain elite standards, and engage with locals as part of the crew. RSA and RCG/ARCG as per state requirements. Growth opportunities within ALH Hotels and Endeavour Group; Employee Due Diligence checks may be required as part of recruitment.
Required Qualifications
- current RSA and RCG/ARCG as per state requirements
- hands-on supervisory experience or leadership experience in hospitality
- ability to perform physical tasks safely (manual handling, lifting)
