Assistant Manager

Motivate and direct team members and Shift Coordinators to exceed guest expectations with fast and friendly service in clean surroundings. Train and supervise team members at workstations, BK products, processes and policies. Create work schedules shifts, coordinate time-off requests and swiftly resolve team member absences. Follow cash control/security procedures and help implement marketing plan, maintain inventory, manage labor, and apply financial reports across shifts to enhance restaurant result. Assist RGM in enforcing compliance with government regulations, BK Market Policy, employment law, food safety, BKC Security. Prompt and regular attendance for assigned shifts, meetings, and training. Available to work evening, weekends, and holidays.
