Assistant Manager, Billing Operations

Job Summary
Drive the timely and accurate execution of all customer and vendor billing workflows, ensuring optimal efficiency and full regulatory compliance. Identify system enhancements and workflow optimizations, actively participate in system upgrades and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and serve as the primary contact for billing operations with Sales teams and external partners to resolve inquiries. Perform regular billing reconciliation and generate reports to ensure precise capture and recording of all financial transactions, while assisting with special projects and departmental assignments as needed. This role supports the Revenue Operations team at SCMP, located at the Causeway Bay office, requiring proficiency in Google Workspace and Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or higher in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting or operations
- Expert knowledge of Google Workspace
- hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Work location will be at Causeway Bay office
