Job Summary
Lead beverage operations across multiple venues at New York-New York on the Las Vegas Strip. Direct smooth, efficient, cost-effective operation including labor management, scheduling, and inventory control. Ensure beverage quality and exceptional guest experiences by providing guidance to beverage staff and coordinating requisitions and stocking to maximize division revenue. Oversee daily operations, mentor and develop talent, and collaborate with leadership to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced entertainment setting. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant experience; 21+ years old; prior beverage/restaurant management experience preferred; familiarity with Collective Bargaining Agreement preferred.
