Job Summary
Lead, coach, and support scoopers and shift leads while keeping daily operations on point, including managing cash, inventory, schedules, and open/close procedures. Set the standard for legendary guest service and teach others to do the same. Help your team grow, learn, and win together, while supporting community events and shop goals. Hold ground when the Shop Manager is out. This hands-on leadership role offers a real growth path with paid training, flexible schedules, and unlimited ice cream.
