Job Summary
Assist in leading daily hospitality operations at Bellbowrie Tavern, focusing on on-the-floor leadership, guest engagement, and maintaining high standards across bar, bistro and gaming areas. Oversee a team, support the Publican to run a safe, high-energy venue, handle hiccups promptly, and model energy, service, and positive guest experiences. Requires hands-on duties including manual handling and lifting; successful candidate will supervise, develop staff, and act as the face of the pub when management is away. Licences required include RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence; prior hospitality supervision experience is desirable.
