Assistant Manager

Ensure teams know their assigned job duties and responsibilities on a daily basis. Provide open communication for transparency, help employees succeed in completing tasks, and offer support to managers, dispatchers, drivers, and attendants. Train employees on new programs as necessary, provide feedback and coaching to ensure safety and compliance, and analyze reports to maintain data accuracy. Host daily stand-ups, safety sessions, and meetings as required. Maintain a constant focus on safety while ensuring timely delivery of services.
