Job Summary
Handle automotive parts queries from trade and retail customers while providing high-level service focused on retention and development. Assist with inventory control, maintain store standards, and ensure adherence to company policies and OH & S compliance. Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating your team within a driven environment. This Assistant Store Manager role is based in the Wynnum branch and requires experience in the automotive parts sector, strong time management, and a current full driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Current full drivers license
- An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
- Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
- OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
