Job Summary
Lead the store alongside the General Manager by demonstrating Team Member and Shift Leader excellence, enforcing cash-handling policies, and managing inventory to control waste and dates. Hit sales goals through speed and service while solving problems with emotional maturity and a focus on root causes to create sustainable change. Develop a broad understanding of the Profit & Loss statement by connecting daily administrative tasks to overall business success and fostering goal-surpassing speed. Champion the culture by creating real connections with guests and teaching the team to do the same, all while maintaining a global view of the Caribou brand from shift to district.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience requiring strong customer service commitment and orientation
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Physical requirements: hearing, speaking, seeing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and being able to stand for 4 to 8 hours, or the ability to accomplish the physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
