Job Summary
Lead the store in partnership with the General Manager by demonstrating Team Member and Shift Leader excellence while developing a General Manager-level understanding of the business. Drive sales through speed and service, enforce cash-handling policies, and manage inventory, waste, and order verification. Resolve problems with calm professionalism, identify root causes for sustainable change, and champion core values like Support One Another and Serve With Love. Hit or beat sales goals by connecting daily behaviors to end results and fostering an environment of goal-surpassing speed. Requires 1-3 years of restaurant/retail experience, at least one year of supervisory experience, and availability for early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience requiring strong customer service commitment and orientation
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Physical requirements: hearing, speaking, seeing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and being able to stand for 4 to 8 hours, or the ability to accomplish the physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
