Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsibilities include supporting the Property Manager to ensure efficient property operations, handling all leasing duties, developing new resident retention ideas with the manager, marketing to current and future residents, posting on social media to maintain a positive online presence, and stepping in for the Property Manager in their absence; required skills include strong communication, customer service, time management, attention to detail, organizational abilities, conflict resolution, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software; schedule is Monday through Saturday with one day off during that period plus Sundays.
