Manage daily shop operations by handling customer service, taking phone calls, and writing estimates to sell work. Support basic services including oil changes, tire work, and maintenance while keeping the store organized. This role requires 2+ years of automotive experience with service writing or sales background, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation.
