Job Summary
Assistant Manager for automotive service across multiple locations with a leadership path to Store Manager. Responsibilities include driving daily sales and customer satisfaction, building estimates and presenting repair recommendations, answering phones and scheduling appointments, supporting technicians to keep workflow moving, ensuring inspections and follow-ups, assisting with inventory and store organization, coaching teammates to reinforce processes, and traveling between stores as needed to support operations. Key skills include automotive service writing or sales experience, strong customer service and communication, leadership mindset, process adherence, organization, and willingness to grow into higher-level store management roles.
