Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, develop team members, and maintain high standards for product quality, cleanliness, and food safety. Support the General Manager by managing scheduling, inventory, reporting, and guest concerns, while stepping in to lead the store during their absence. Handle team and guest issues with professionalism, taste-test products for quality, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Requires flexible availability for weeknights, weekends, and holidays, plus TB clearance and current food handler certification. Full-time position with free on-duty meals, employee discounts, and training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
- TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
- Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and stay active throughout your shift
- Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins)
- Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft, POS systems)
- Ability to taste-test products for quality
- Cash handling and customer service experience required
- Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology
Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years of food service or retail experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- General knowledge of food service or pretzel operations is a bonus
- Previous supervisory or management experience (Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, or similar role preferred)
