Job Summary
Assist in leading and coaching a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets in a fast-paced cosmetics retail environment. Demonstrates supervisory, coaching, and retail operations skills, including inventory management and cash reconciliation, with proficiency in POS software and Microsoft Office. Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and events; dedicated to delivering inspirational and personalized customer service while supporting Store Manager in team development and achieving store goals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
- Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
