Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and coaching Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets. Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service; oversee inventory management and cash reconciliation; supervise and develop team to reach performance goals; flexible to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events; experience with retail POS software and Microsoft Office; must have right to live and work in the country.
Required Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
- Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
