Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 4 years in fund accounting, performance and analytics, financial reporting, or audit
  • Experience as a subject matter expert in technical accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to lead by example and manage team performance
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with analytical skills
