Job Summary
Assistant Manager in Asset Owner Solutions serves as the team’s technical expert and final sign-off authority for complex fund accounting deliverables, leading reviews, driving process improvements, and providing authoritative guidance on advanced accounting matters. Responsibilities include final review and sign-off of fund accounting reports, managing day-to-day operations and client SLAs, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, and coaching the team to ensure adherence to procedures and audit requirements. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance (CPA preferred), with 6+ years of relevant experience including 4+ years in fund accounting or related areas, and strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory frameworks. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, data integrity, leadership, and the ability to drive innovations in technical accounting within a hybrid work setup in Pasig City, Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 4 years in fund accounting, performance and analytics, financial reporting, or audit
- Experience as a subject matter expert in technical accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to lead by example and manage team performance
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with analytical skills
