Job Summary
Support development for the NUHS GCTO data analytics team to preprocess data, apply statistical techniques and data mining methods to large datasets, develop and implement AI/ML models and pipelines to augment clinical workflows, and create actionable dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Responsible for presenting findings to stakeholders, collaborating across teams to understand data needs, ensuring intuitive visualizations, and maintaining data quality and integrity through verification and validation processes. Requires strong programming (SQL, Python, R) and data visualization skills, familiarity with data analysis tools, and the ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Dashboard creation experience with AWS Quicksight or Tibco Spotfire is a must
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
