Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated customer experience at Stylerunner Armadale. Lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, coach team members, and develop your leadership career. Responsibilities include supporting floor operations, stock, visuals, and daily processes; delivering standout customer experiences, achieving KPI results, and upholding safety and visual excellence. The role involves stepping up to run the store when needed and building a strong store culture while working a Sunday–Thursday roster in-person at Armadale, VIC.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
- A love for fashion, wellness, and premium product
- Confident communication and people leadership skills
- A proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance
- Strong organisation, time management & operational know-how
- A calm, can-do attitude in a high-paced environment
- Ready to work a Sunday–Thursday roster
