Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Haley Residential supports the Community Manager in daily operations, marketing/leasing, and resident relations to enhance resident experience. Responsibilities include assisting in marketing and leasing activities (showing units, screening residents, preparing reports), handling resident inquiries and move-in/move-out processes, coordinating maintenance inspections and property upkeep, assisting with budget management, invoices, and payroll support, and maintaining organized office operations. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a valid state driver’s license with a reliable vehicle. Experience in property management or related finance is preferred; continuing education or certification in property management is a plus.
