Job Summary
Assist the Publican to ensure smooth, safe pub operations with high-energy service; lead and motivate a team of hospitality staff; manage occasional hiccups, deliver great customer experiences, and embody the pub’s local community vibe. Responsibilities include supervising bar, bistro, or gaming-room teams, supporting daily operations, and maintaining standards of service, safety, and energy across shifts. Required to perform physical duties (manual handling, moving stock, kegs, deliveries) and to hold RSA and RSG/RCG certifications as per state requirements.
