Job Summary
Support the General Manager by developing and training hourly team members, supervising daily task assignments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt complaint resolution and accurate order fulfillment. Manage team schedules, coordinate daily activities, and enforce safety, security, and food handling policies while maintaining a clean restaurant and conducting periodic inventories. Prepare daily deposits, complete reports, and ensure profitability by implementing solutions to restaurant challenges. Work all shifts including weekends and holidays on an alternating basis with the General Manager, maintaining punctuality and a neat appearance. Possess a valid driver's license and pass background checks.

- Ability to perform tasks in all areas of the restaurant which may include exposure to the cold while working in the cooler/freezer and while maintaining the parking lot and exterior of the restaurant's perimeter
