Job Summary
Lead and inspire a restaurant team to deliver a positive guest experience by setting goals, providing feedback, and maintaining staffing levels through scheduling and hiring. Manage inventory and records, ensure cleanliness and food-safety compliance, and support operations to meet customer needs. Provide coaching, training, and development for team members, resolve customer and staff issues, and foster a supportive, fun work environment. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, work flexible hours, and pass a background check; minimum age 18.
