Job Summary
Lead and inspire a restaurant team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities include staffing and interviewing for new team members, developing weekly schedules, hiring and onboarding, ensuring cleanliness and food safety, managing inventory and record-keeping, resolving customer issues, coaching and training staff, and fostering a positive, engaging work environment. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a valid driver’s license with insurance, completion of a background check, and availability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
