Job Summary
Assistant Manager at DRM Arby's leading a restaurant team to deliver a positive, inviting customer experience while maintaining staffing, training, inventory control, health/safety standards, and smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include developing weekly team schedules, interviewing and hiring team members, coaching and providing feedback, ensuring cleanliness and a safe environment, handling food safety guidelines, supporting restaurant operations, resolving customer issues, and driving staff development and engagement. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work flexible hours, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant leadership experience preferred.
