Job Summary
Lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver positive, inviting customer experiences while meeting hunger needs. Responsibilities include developing weekly team schedules, interviewing and hiring new team members, ensuring cleanliness and food safety, assisting in inventory control and record keeping, resolving customer issues, coaching and training staff, and fostering positive relationships with customers and coworkers. The role emphasizes leadership development, staff motivation, and maintaining an energetic, enjoyable work environment in a fast-paced deli/restaurant setting. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, drive as needed, and work flexible hours in Verona, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- Background check completed satisfactorily
- Be at least 18 years old
- Adequate driving record and valid driver's license & insurance
- Flexible hours and ability to work independently
- Experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity (preferred)
