Job Summary
Lead and inspire a restaurant team to provide positive, inviting customer experiences. Manage scheduling, interview and hire team members, maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards, assist with inventory control and record-keeping, and coach staff to develop professionally. Maintain calm during busy periods, resolve customer issues and support employee wellness. Foster a culture of growth and fun, with opportunities for career advancement and participation in leadership development curriculum. Must be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, occasionally lift up to 50lbs, and have a valid driver’s license and insurance. EOE.
