Job Summary
Lead and inspire the DReaM Team at DRM Arby's to deliver exceptional service and hunger satisfaction by coaching a diverse restaurant staff, developing weekly schedules, hiring and training new team members, ensuring cleanliness and food-safety compliance, managing inventory and records, resolving customer issues, and fostering a positive, high-energy work environment. Maintain focus on meeting customer needs, driving staff development, and delivering a welcoming guest experience while adapting to a fast-paced restaurant setting and promoting company values.
Required Qualifications
- Background check completed satisfactorily
- Be at least 18 years old
- Adequate driving record with valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- Flexible hours and ability to work independently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant setting (preferred)
