Job Summary
Lead and inspire a restaurant team as Assistant Manager, overseeing scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and daily operations to ensure a positive customer experience and achievement of restaurant goals. Drive training and coaching to develop staff, maintain inventory accuracy, uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, and support operational excellence while delivering great service. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work flexible hours, and meet requirements including a satisfactory background check and a valid driver’s license and insurance as applicable. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lead a diverse restaurant team
- Experience in interviewing and hiring new team members
- Ability to develop weekly team schedules
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment following food safety guidelines
- Experience in inventory control and record keeping
- Flexibility in working hours and ability to work independently
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Background check completed satisfactorily
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and insurance (if applicable)
