Job Summary
Lead and inspire a restaurant team as Assistant Manager. Responsibilities include developing weekly team schedules, interviewing and hiring new team members, maintaining cleanliness and safety per guidelines, assisting in inventory control and record-keeping, resolving customer issues, coaching and training staff, and fostering positive relationships with customers and coworkers to deliver a positive guest experience in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Background check completed satisfactorily
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience leading a diverse restaurant team preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Valid driver's license & insurance
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people skills and leadership abilities
