Job Summary

Assistant Manager at a Little Caesars restaurant role focused on supporting the General Manager, driving customer satisfaction and profitability. Responsibilities include supervising Crew Members, coaching and counseling to ensure Apricus standards and policies are met, handling cash management and safety procedures, enforcing cost controls for food, paper, labor and utilities, opening/closing procedures, paperwork accuracy, and directing daily operations to meet customer service targets. Requires hands-on management, ability to lift up to 55 pounds, operate restaurant equipment, and maintain compliance with OSHA, EEOC, and food-safety requirements. Minimum qualifications include high school diploma (or equivalent), 18+ years old, three months’ experience with Little Caesars as Shift Leader or Assistant Manager Trainee, valid driver's license, and eligibility to work in the United States. The role involves a minimum of 40 hours per week and offers the opportunity to lead and coach team members while supporting the General Manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Have previous experience in restaurants, retail or a position involving customer contact is preferred
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a high school diploma, or equivalent, and possess basic math skills
  • Have a minimum three months experience with Little Caesars as a certified Shift Leader or have been hired as an “Assistant Manager Trainee"
  • Be interviewed by District Manager, VP of Operations (or Franchise Owner), and/or Recruiter/Trainer
  • Possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills
  • Be dependable, hardworking and have the ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations
  • Be able to work a standard schedule of a minimum of 40 hours per week and be able to perform all the essential functions of the job
  • Possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence with a driving record maintained within company guidelines. Possess a reliable vehicle and auto insurance as a primary to complete daily banking and delivery responsibilities as directed by the General Manager or District Manager
  • Meet Apricus Background Verification guidelines
  • The US Department of Homeland Security (USCIS Division) requires that each Assistant Manager provide documentation that proves their eligibility to work in the United States
