Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Apricus/Little Caesars in Leavenworth, KS. Responsible for customer service, coaching crew, cash handling, cost controls, opening/closing procedures, compliance with OSHA/EEOC, and driving compliance. Leads shift operations, ensures quality and profitability, trains and directs crew Members, manages paperwork, and supports the General Manager to meet sales and cost goals. Must be physically capable (lift 55 pounds, reach up to 6 feet), have a valid driver’s license, and be available to work at least 40 hours per week. Requires background verification and eligibility to work in the United States. Location: Leavenworth, KS, US.
Required Qualifications
- Have previous experience in restaurants, retail or a position involving customer contact is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma, or equivalent, and possess basic math skills.
- Have a minimum three months experience with Little Caesars as a certified Shift Leader or have been hired as an “Assistant Manager Trainee".
- Be interviewed by District Manager, VP of Operations (or Franchise Owner), and/or Recruiter/Trainer.
- Possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills.
- Be dependable, hardworking and have the ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations.
- Be able to work a standard schedule of a minimum of 40 hours per week and be able to perform all the essential functions of the job.
- Possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence with a driving record maintained within company guidelines. Possess a reliable vehicle and auto insurance as a primary to complete daily banking and delivery responsibilities as directed by the General Manager or District Manager.

- The US Department of Homeland Security (USCIS Division) requires that each Assistant Manager provide documentation that proves their eligibility to work in the United States.
