Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Apricus/Little Caesars assists the General Manager to achieve customer satisfaction and profitability. Responsible for serving correct orders within service time goals, ensuring high-quality products, enforcing policies and standards, maintaining clean and organized work stations, managing cash handling and safety procedures, coaching and guiding crew members, monitoring cost controls (food, paper, labor, utilities), completing paperwork accurately, and assisting with opening/closing procedures while ensuring compliance with OSHA and EEOC requirements. The role requires coordinating with the GM, motivating the team, supporting sales growth, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring customers are satisfied with service and product.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum three months experience with Little Caesars as a certified Shift Leader or Assistant Manager Trainee
- Possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills
- Be dependable and able to work under pressure
- 40 hours per week minimum
- Valid driver’s license with proper auto insurance
- Meet background verification guidelines
- Eligibility to work in the United States
