Job Summary
Recruit, hire, train, and develop the sales team while assisting the department manager in achieving volume and productivity goals. Execute a business plan, coach staff on customer service standards, and ensure merchandising and presentation requirements are met. Actively sell on the floor to build loyal customer relationships and manage inventory to achieve shrinkage targets. This role operates within a commission-based environment at a Towne Place at Garden State Park Rack, offering hourly pay between $20.50 and $27.00. Required Qualifications
- A track record of successful results, for example, strong productivity, personal trade, etc.
- Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment
- The ability to set and achieve sales goals
- Experience developing and maintaining productive relationships with department and store managers, divisional retail merchandiser and other leaders
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- High school diploma, or equivalent
