Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in leading customer experience and shaping store culture. Act as a on-floor leader to engage customers, coach associates, recruit and develop talent, and ensure an inclusive environment. Leverage technology to provide an omnichannel shopping experience, drive operational excellence, and support financial discipline. Collaborate to build relationships, implement brand behaviors, and foster teamwork to deliver exceptional customer service at Store 1636-Watters @ Montgomery-ANN-Allen in Allen, TX. Able to contribute to recruiting and staff development and to help drive store performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
- Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
- Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results
- Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
