Job Summary
Assistant Manager leads customer-focused store operations and culture.Acts as a store leader on the sales floor, models brand behaviors to engage customers, and coaches associates to create genuine customer connections. Builds an inclusive environment for associates, enables seamless omnichannel shopping, assists Store Manager with recruiting and developing talent, uses tools and reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline, and fosters productive teammate relationships while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
- Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates
- Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
- Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results
- Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
