Job Summary
As Assistant Manager, support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. Act as a store leader on the sales floor, coach and educate associates to leverage brand behaviors, create an inclusive environment, and drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent; use reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline; build productive relationships and contribute to the team’s success.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year retail management experience
