Job Summary
As Assistant Manager at Ann Taylor, you will support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You’ll act as a leader on the sales floor, model brand behaviors to engage customers, coach and educate team members, and create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome. You’ll enable a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using technology, assist the Store Manager with recruiting and development, and use tools/reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline. The role emphasizes relationship-building with customers and associates, delivering exceptional service, and taking initiative to drive results. Retail leadership and hospitality mindset, with proficiency in POS systems and a customer-focused approach, are key. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
