Assistant Manager-ANN

As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You’ll act as a leader on the sales floor, coach and educate associates to leverage brand behaviors, foster an inclusive environment, and ensure a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You’ll assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and developing talent, and use tools and reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline. Strong communication, hospitality mindset, and the ability to build relationships with customers and team members are essential.
