Job Summary
Assist Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations to uphold Tim Hortons standards for people, product, cleanliness and exceptional guest experience. Supports in recruiting, training, performance feedback, and development of team members; helps drive sales growth and profit through scheduling, cost control, and adherence to budgets. Maintains health and safety compliance, handles guest complaints, executes incentive programs, and ensures consistent guest service levels across shifts. Demonstrates strong leadership in coordinating floor leadership, team coverage, and inter-shift communications while upholding safety policies and company procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to supervise scheduling and staffing
- Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations
- Strong guest service orientation and conflict resolution skills
- Budgeting and cost-control experience
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Effective communication across shifts
- Performance review and coaching experience
- Ability to enforce company policies and procedures
- Flexibility to assist in various restaurant areas during peak times
