Job Summary
Assist Restaurant Manager in managing daily Tim Hortons restaurant operations to meet standards around guest experience, people and product quality, cleanliness, safety, and profitability. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing team members; delivering performance feedback and reviews; planning and monitoring scheduling to ensure adequate coverage; enforcing health and safety and food-safety procedures; assisting in budgeting, cost controls, and financial reporting; handling guest complaints and maintaining high standards of guest service; supporting incentive programs and ensuring consistent, unified leadership on the dining floor. The role requires effective communication across shifts, staff development, adherence to procedures, and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.
