Assist Restaurant Manager in managing all aspects of a Tim Hortons restaurant's operations to uphold standards around people, product, cleanliness, and exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing team members; providing performance feedback and reviews; scheduling and staffing to ensure coverage; enforcing food safety, health and safety, and employment standards; assisting with budgeting, cost control, and profitability; resolving guest complaints; leading initiatives and incentive programs; and supporting day-to-day operations across shifts to maintain high guest service levels.
