Job Summary
GMIT role leading Hand & Stone Spa’s front desk team in Alexandria, VA with a focus on driving sales performance, guest experience, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include coaching the front desk to improve membership, retail, gift card, and service sales; promoting services and upgrades; ensuring strong call handling and booking conversion; owning daily front desk operations; training and developing team members; supporting reporting, cash handling, and front desk systems; and stepping in as a key leader to sustain momentum. Candidate should have 1–3 years of leadership experience with a strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments, plus excellent communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset. Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays) and experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) are a plus. Compensation includes hourly pay with uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses, with average annual earnings up to $45,000 depending on performance.
