Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe while handling hiccups before they turn into headaches. Lead a team of hospitality staff across the bars, high-turnover bistro, and gaming lounge by mentoring crew, maintaining high standards, and bringing the energy and smiles every single shift. This hands-on role involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties, such as moving stock, kegs, and deliveries. Required Qualifications
- current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements
- ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently
